Following unforeseen circumstances, I now enjoy the benefits of the sale of that property, and have moved to a bungalow which in my opinion was grossly overpriced for its location behind the factory.So yes, I now think property prices are a disgrace.

I’m stabbing wildly in the dark here, but by “unforseen circumstances”, did you mean “My unhinged love of dogs caused me to think that my harebrained business scheme was a good idea. Looking back, I see now that it was completely mental. Of course, it turned out to be the dismal, unmitigated failure that everyone warned me it would be. I deserved to lose all my money and, frankly, don’t think I really deserve this bungalow”?
