When i was in the Navy along with my brother, we were both based in Scotland, we both had crewcut hairstyles and one night we drove down to MK, a 6 hour drive and were stopped by Police 6 times, 3 times going through Birmingham on the M6, this was back in the 80s and we are both white. I believe this is another attempt by the PC brigade to stir things up, if anything young blacks are treated better by the system than young whites. The real issue is the inability to address crime and its causes.

Absolutely. It’s a testament to the strength of the British character that, despite 500 years of oppression by African businessmen and the systemic bias towards blacks, we’ve not let it turn us into awful racists.
