The veterans deserved better than the nonsense spewed out by Dan Snow. There were no Sea Harriers in the flypast because they have all been taken out of service. To say, as he did, that they did not appear because they have a single engine is a gross insult to many people, and was turned on its head by the appearance of Hawks, which have only one engine.

Please employ knowledgable commentators in future, or tell them to get their facts right!

First headline wants to paint the West/British/US as children killers while the second ignores that the 20 dead are militants on the Iraq-Iran border.

The liberal bias is a misnomer for anti-country/ anti-west bias.

I would very much like to live in Nuneaton. Much of the town centre has been rebuilt as it was bombed during the war, and consequently is not as characterful as some places, but it has been pedestrianised and has some reasonable shops.

Black criminals must not be treated any differently to any other criminal just because they’re black; a criminal is a criminal regarless of where they come from. A few years ago a Met Commisisoner stated that all street robbers in London at that time were black. He was accused of being racist. He wasn’t racist, it was statistical fact. In my experiences, whites mainly burgle houses and steal cars. Blacks normally do drugs & guns. I’ve never seen a non-white paeodophile.

Young black men treated unfairly? Sounds to me like rubbish and i know virtually nothing about anything.

So what if cops are racist? They are trying to do a job and if that means being hard on young black folk then so be it. Its not fair, but most of life isnt fair.

If young blacks were model citizens they wouldnt be under so much suspicion all the time. Its probably not even racism.

When i was in the Navy along with my brother, we were both based in Scotland, we both had crewcut hairstyles and one night we drove down to MK, a 6 hour drive and were stopped by Police 6 times, 3 times going through Birmingham on the M6, this was back in the 80s and we are both white. I believe this is another attempt by the PC brigade to stir things up, if anything young blacks are treated better by the system than young whites. The real issue is the inability to address crime and its causes.
