All Kyle achieves is belittling mentally unstable people by wheeling them out into a public forum and berating them with his high and mighty attitude.

He plays at being a righteous mediator who seems to acts at being disgusted with their depressing life situations. While underneath he is undoubtedly grinning with glee at how lucky he is to have unearthed yet another story to exploit.

I’m trying to think of reasons why this blog is any better than the Jeremy Kyle show but I can’t. Oh well.

Shows like Jeremy Kyle provide a balanced environment in which people in turmoil can air their views. This is a much better plateau for discussions, confrontations and arguments than in regular life as guests are also offered counselling, paternity tests and lie detectors, which the majority of people would not be able to afford.

To call the show “bear baiting” is ridiculous, Jeremy Kyle is not there to antagonise arguments, but to help individuals and find resolution. However, people are not used to the frank manner in which he speaks as often we are subjected to rather “sugar coated” shows such as Trisha.

I’ve never actually seen the show and yet, somehow, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you’re talking out of your fat, pimply arse.

Wish I could afford a lie detector. Imagine an end to the everyday mystery of “who farted?”.

The 25 year old rugby player and the 65 year old arthritic pensioner bring totally different skills and abilities to the table. Are the authorities going to take that fact on board?

The pensioner will need a shotgun to defend himself where the rugby player could probably cope with his bare hands.

Secondly, the chances of the unarmed pensioner surviving a violent attack are way less than those of the fit rugby player.

Thirdly, the odds are far more likely that the attack will be made on those less likely to be able to defend themselves vigorously!

How many elderly people does one see on the streets after dark? Very few - because we are too scared to go out at our age!

What if the arthritic pensioner can’t pull the trigger on the gun?? I have some better ideas.

Firstly, we could start a twinning scheme where each pensioner is assigned their very own rugby player. The rugby player follows them around at all times, swinging their gigantic arms and swatting muggers like flies.

Secondly, if we run out of rugby players (or we find that muggers tend to strike during league matches when our pensioners are defenseless) we could train “attack birds” to peck out the eyes of any attackers.

Thirdly, if the attackers simply wear bigger hoodies then we might have to train the pensioners to remove hoods so that the birds can get at their horrid eyes.

Fourthly.. no.. I’ve got bored now. You’re a fearful nincompoop. Stop cowering behind your twitching curtain. Go out, meet some people, live what’s left of your life or else stop wasting perfectly good food.

Greens keep bleating on about taking the Eurostar or ferry to France instead of a flight [...] To get from where I live to Kent I would need to travel by taxi (no bus route near me) to the train station, then change trains 3 times. This would probably take me all day. A flight is quicker and cheaper. Also I don’t even like France!

I say let all the Green protestors stand on the runway if they like should be funny watching them get squashed, Should they not be protesting on both lanes of the M1 as well? cars pollute dont they ? A few things occured to me as I read your comment: You appear to have a reading age of about 9, the M1 tends to have at least three lanes, “tollerate” is spelled “tolerate”, carbon dioxide is about as poisonous as most other gases and (I promise you this is true) pretty much everyone you meet is smarter than you. Twat.

If people have nothing better to do with their tme than make futile gestures of protest, disrupting the lives of ordinary people - as we constantly see with loony lefties and pathetic union activists - then they serve no usefull purpose to society and should therefore be shot.

i can not understand why all the empty cups from the couple and the little girl whom appears to be madeleine were not sent for dna. the empty cups in the bin should have also been sent to the lab for dna testing. The volvo probably had false number plates, these abductors are professional and are probably not even in Belgium by now. There must be some cctv footage along the boarders into other countries where the volvo can be spotted. This indicates that the litle girl is Madeleine because of not being able to trace the couple and the car. Do the people in Belgium know that there is also a huge reward in place for somebody to come forward with information. Somebody may rattle on the couple, The money is huge insentive. Please god guid the police to finding those people. Why wasnt there a photo fit issued of the woman as well as the man. This has to be some bodies daughter or relative. It is also important to release a photo fit of the woman seen with the man and Madeleine in Belgium.

Stop moving animals from abroad. I find it annoying that meat can be classifed as ‘British’ even with the animal born, bred and fed in a European country, then is transported to Britain, then slaughtered within two hours of the animal being in Britain. British meat should mean the animal was born, bred, fed and slaughtered in the UK.

i think that theres now more money that EVER going into the NHS (Ever increasing tax/NI) however, the number of people claiming treatment without paying in has risen so dramatically that it cannot cope. Change the NHS to either - Pay for treatment like USA. or, to qualify, had to have lived in the uk 10 years OR have had a job for 3 months, other wise you’re not qualified. MAKE them get jobs, MAKE them go home! People who work and pay into the system should b priority. END OF.

Slight departure. Found this in the comments on Flickr (via Waxy). Apparently Flickr had a “Pirate Day” or something where they temporarily changed their logo. Who cares? A whole shower of bleating idiots, that’s who.

I too thought that the site had been hacked and feared for the safety of my account and photos.
What are Flickr up to?
I really hate it when websites change their logo to something stupid like this, stupid hacker-like childish stunts reduce confidence in a site and are less likely to make me want to continue with Flickr.
From reading this thread, I gather that the pirate flag is deliberate by Flickr so i am glad it is not the result of hackers.
But does it mean that Flickr are using pirate software? Or they trying to encourage software pirates? Or photo pirates (i.e. people who steal other people’s photos to pass off as their own on Flickr)?
