The best way to deal with this is to go after the little punks money…which comes directly from his parents.
The focus should not be what the school should do or even what the victim should do. The focus should be on the bully. Plain and simple.
I was bullied the old fashion way. The kids threw food at me in the lunch room and passed around a petition which said that I was too ugly to go to school. Nothing was ever done.

It’s all “me, me, me” with you isn’t it? Think about all the other pupils, struggling to keep their dinner down when they saw your repulsive face heaving into view.
A petition! What a wonderful example of engagement with the civil and political process, in stark contrast to the disengaged youth of the UK. Democracy in action. God bless America.
