Should shops do more to reduce packaging?
If 50BN people each produce e.g. a ton a year of rubbish, then that is 50BN ton p.a.
If this is cut by 20%, then it is only 40BN ton p.a. however if the population increase by 30BN then the total waste produced is 64BN tons p.a. and this is still more than before. Conclusion, even per person deductions can be undermined by population increases.

Sometimes it takes a complete retard to point out the obvious. Thanks John. I’d never looked at it this way before.
In fact, until just now, I was a little worried about calling people like you retards. I was worried about the connotations of that word and wondered if it was entirely appropriate.
Your explanation has made me realise that I should just stick my head back up my arse and stop worrying. Even if I called you a retard 20% less often, the number of people calling you a retard (because you are a retard) will still increase! I may as well just join the ever-expanding crowd. Retard.

fifty billion + thirty billion = 12.3 times the population of the earth.
Galactic warming is just a myth propagated by environazis: sure, earth is getting warmer but now we can grow potatoes on alpha centuri three.
Anyway, everyone knows it’s all the immigrants’ fault, it’s just not PC to say so.
Yes. If all those immigrants weren’t given our hard earned taxes they wouldn’t be able to buy lots of packaged foods which would reduce waste considerably.
Although if they are having their benefits sent ‘home’ it won’t be a uk problem.
And single mums too - starve the lazy sit on yer arse all day asses - that would reduce packaging waste
this is gayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
