On the teacher being charged with something ludicrous in Sudan.
If this country (and religion) insists on being stuck hundreds of years in the past then Britain should take a ‘colonial’ stance on this if they harm one hair on her head - I hope I don’t have to draw a picture!

I noticed this HYS topic… I’m now of the opinion that the BBC website editors pick the HYS topics just to generate the ravings of right-wing loons for their, and our, enjoyment.
That’s not a hammer… it’s a sausage on a fork. Which could be just as offensive to muslims I guess.
Some really good ravings on this subject. Suggestions ranged from:
- just lash her once or twice
- withdraw all financial aid
- act as prejudiced as possible. That’ll learn ‘em.
