Thanks to Becca for finding this one in the old “Luciano Pavarotti: Your reaction” thread.
He had a great voice and a great stage presence .
This was enhanced by his love of spaghetti and his Victorian theatrical looks.

Such a shame that he never got to play the eponymous hero of “Oliver”. Never before has a boy asked for eleven consecutive helpings of spaghetti.
