Thanks to Tom.

‘Prank’ shows are now a very popular medium in TV entertainment. Jeremy Beadle had a small hand in that.
Rob, Northallerton

Quality.

I am devastated, I spent so many nights laughing myself to sleep thinking about his pranks, people in work have started to call me Jeremy Beadle as I tried t copy him with my japes.
Christian Dadswell, Newport

Everybody you work with hates you.

Grief Athletes31 Jan 2008 01:12 pm

Thanks to Chris.

They say that it easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to go to heaven his tv aside mr beadles eye is the size of a barn door and his camel is tiny this man was an usung hero in the world of charitys and will not be easliy replaced

god bless you jeremy you will be missed
jonny, coventry

It makes me weep to think that we’ll never again see his massive eye or tiny camel.

Has Bush’s State of the Union address reassured the US public?

Don’t care, bush is a lunatic. Every American administration since as long as I can remember have been warmongering quasi christian mentalists that we would all be better off without. On the other hand, we can live without the PC mentalists who think that we should hug a suicide bomber so what do you have?
Stuart Booth, Northampton, United Kingdom

I don’t know! Part of me opposes US foreign policy, but another part of me doesn’t want to hug a man wearing a bomb. I just don’t know where to turn.

You were a great entertainer that no won can doubt

The monies you raised all for a good cause
Lets not deny that you deserve around of Applause
You battled with poor health in the recent years
And people round the world will be shedding their tears

So i salute you Mr Beadle for being a Pro
That of which i think everybody does know

Goodbye.. Rest in Peace
Dan B, Northampton

Like watching a bloke with advanced Parkinson disease trying to juggle.

He was a little man with a big heart. Like mozart his real genius will only be appreciated many years after his passing. RIP Jeremy you will be missed xxx
Bill Ingram, Ascot, United Kingdom

One day his “Game For a Laugh in Eb Minor” (K615) will be recognised as the classic it truly is.

I’m curious as to why you chose ‘a black youth from South London’ in particular. There are sink estates everywhere & yobs of every creed. As well as black 80 year old grandmas…
[Shellyanne],

dont be so obtuse, black youths in south london are well known gang cultures even ross kemp did a program on it.

you look for racism and faults where none exist or are even implied

Simon Skey, Birmingham, United Kingdom

Ross Kemp? Fuck. Things are even worse than I suspected. The time for idle talk is over. Somebody call Ray Winstone.

Racists30 Jan 2008 07:16 pm

Thanks to Lauren. Will more stop and search powers reduce crime?

I was stopped and searched. The only things I had on me were keys, wallet and mobile phone. On the day of the search, I was wearing a long sleeve t-shirt with a stripe on it. Plus wearing jeans and black trainers. My normal clobber which I wear out of work. I just got of a bus in Leeds and was forced down an alleyway by a couple of coppers. What made the police stop an innocent white man?
Greg Foster, United Kingdom

Perhaps they thought you were a black man who’d painted his face to look less like a criminal.

Will ‘Angel’ be cultural icon of the south?

A UNION JACK!!!
Lets be brave and proud…..Someone should have the guts to comission it.
This is GREAT BRITAIN….Lets show it…!!
The voice of reason, Cheshire, United Kingdom

YES. You’ve evoked images of the glory days of EMPIRE back in the 90s when that orange whore put on that famous union jack dress! People weren’t ashamed to show their patriotism back then. Or their tits. Girl Power! Remember back in the 80s when we bombed all those penguins and that man got melted? Or the 70s when that detective was in a coma from the future? GREAT BRITAIN! GREAT BRITAIN! GREAT BRITAIN! And did those feet in umm numm numm.. la la la ENGLAND’S PASTURES GREEN. Cocking hell, I’m off for a wank.

Plain Weird30 Jan 2008 01:14 pm

Thanks to Marv.

Ula, Rhyl

And now you have had your say! Excellent.

Delusions of Grandeur29 Jan 2008 07:32 pm

“Mr Conway apologised unreservedly to MPs for “administrative shortcomings and the misjudgements I made” over Freddie’s employment and pay and said he had let down his family “very badly indeed”. ”

The standard “apology” then. Anyone with half a brain can see he has been committing a fraud, although he will not be prosecuted for it as he is “one of the chaps”.

Publish this one if you dare, HYS.
potato lord, cardiff

Nice one. Now, let’s sit back and watch the system crumble!
