One of the last movies I saw was A Knight’s Tale, where he acted in a completely engaging, charming & understated way. It was during a tough time in my life and I have lasting fond memories of Mr Ledger’s unique storytelling ability.

Although I don’t follow the entertainment or celebrity world, I am very much saddened to hear this news.

You seemed like a genuinely talented & nice chap, a rarer thing than should be.

How bad does your life have to get before ‘A Knight’s Tale’ seems like a highlight?

Yeah but A Knights Tale is actually super brilliant, silly.

I saw it on a long haul flight, it didn’t even count as a highlight of that.

I dimly recall the movie…did ‘Mr Ledger’ narrate it?

haha! I remember reading that comment and thinking “Knights Tale was something like 6 years ago, this guy can’t see many movies, then”

Regardless of how many of the cast have or have not popped their clogs, a Knights Tale is so much fun that if you don’t enjoy it, it’s because black, black irony has eaten your insides and left you a hollow shell of a human being.

    Plus the blacksmith is fit.

Aren’t we all a bit more perturbed that in the last paragraph he seems to think that HYS allows him to communicate directly with Heath Ledger, beyond the grave?

It’s a well known fact that Heath Ledger hated darkies, gays, lefties and grammar.

Even now he’s haunting a thread about Polish workers in Tescos

Yes, he was truly the Nazi arse-bandit-portrayer of hearts.
