Feedback !

It’s a bloody red dot that only exists as a 1 or a 0.

So you get a red dot.

SO WHAT ???

Sellers – if you sell your stuff and look after your customers you’ll get a green dot. OOOO !

Buyers – if you get your goods then what does it matter if you get a red, green or grey dot – or any dot at all ???

You people really do need to wake up and smell the coffee.

Bob, Nelson

I’m not sure that’s coffee, Bob.

Presuming that’s ebay, I have always wondered why it’s considered de-rigueur to give good feedback to a mediocre service.

bugger, I nearly submitted that one, too. I just got confused because on my ebay account there’s no red and green dots, and then I thought “ooo, coffee…”

globus hates sellers who hold off giving feedback until you the buyer leave feedback first. for fuck’s sake, if you’ve paid for the item then you’ve done your bit. assholes.

Knowing how the average HYS progresses I’d assumed the “bloody red dot” would be somebody ranting on about Hindu women getting council houses.

Fortunately there doesnt seem to be anything even vaguely racist about Robs post. I worry for the blood pressure of anyone who feels a worthless debate over trading practices of a giant car boot sale warrants that much punctuation though.

Poor fella needs to drink a little less of the coffee he mentions, leave his computer screen occasionally and take a gentle stroll once in a while.

    So says Doctor Oliver, anyhow.

Is he Bob from Nelson, or Bob Nelson? Or Bob Nelson from Nelson? Will we ever find out?

I think it should be a bloody red dot, with drip marks and everything

perhaps he’s Nelson Bob but signed himself with his surname first?

    like Bond, James Bond

    ‘I’m Bob, Nelson Bob’?

    Probably not

If you Google “Atom John”, you can find this:

He’s even more delightful and charming than I first thought.

Right, I know I’m doing this wrong, but I’ve gone blind and can’t find the section to submit stuff…

And, I also know that this isn’t strictly HYS but there’s a wealth of comments at the end of this article that are pure genuis:

Maybe Atom John will take a break from HYS for this. It’s missing his touch…
