I am just as concerned as everyone else regarding the identity theft side of things. But what worries me most is that my childs name, sex, and address are on those details.If those details fall into the hands of a paedophile they have all they need to target a child of there choice in their own home! Or they could target them when they leave the house/ after school. They will also know the childs parents & siblings names. Perfect if they want to impersonate a friend! I am furious about this!

Totally. I’m a horrible paedo but I only fancy kids called “Milton” and it’s a bastard finding them. This list is already proving a real boon.

What worries me is this phone book nonsense. I mean, a big list of names with all their phone numbers attached? That’s got to be ripe for paedophiles to exploit. All a paedophile has to do is start ringing numbers, and on the assumption that one in five fathers will name a child after themselves, within ten minutes of asking for “A. Adamson junior” a paedophile could be talking to a child about literally whatever takes his fancy. I personally am very worried about this but as my surname is Zumbuhl I reckon I have a while before anything needs to be done.
I worry about schools, all those children in one place, paedos could find one of these schools and have access to large numbers of children, something must be done immediately.
on a seperate note, Jason from Bristol, you can sleep easy tonight, there is no chance a paedo will impersonate your childs friends, I have it on good authority, your child has no friends (A paedo told me, he tried)
I’m greatly concerned that no matter how secure I keep my child’s contact details, a paedophile could still identify him as a child because of his small size. I am therefore in the process of building a small cage with a distorting lens on each side to make Timmy appear 6 feet tall. As a handy side effect the reverb inside this “paedo-foil,” as I like to call it, makes his voice sound deeper. Fortunately by the age of 12 the nightly rack stretches should make him indistinguishable from an adult, and then his precious childhood will finally be safe from debasement.
