Cognitive Dissonance

One of the beautiful things about politics is that, not often, but every now and again, there comes a contradiction that completely fries the circuits of the clinically right-wing HYSer, like the mind-reading robot in I, Robot. Such is the case with [fascistMikeP].

On a subject like the fuzzy-wuzzies in Zimbabwe, he’s a fully-functioning moron and perfectly capable of spouting the standard Bring Back the Empire bollocks:

History has proved that no African is capable of leading his people in a democratic and responsible way for the good of all.
What reason is there to believe that this new leader will be any different. People had high hopes and praise for Mugabe when he was sworn in. And now?

Africa has never had a fair and democratic election.

This is just another sad chapter in the history of post colonial Africa. The likes of Ian Smith saw it coming but were shouted down and accused of ‘racism’. Robert Ruark wrote about it but it was ‘only fiction’.

When will you people realise that Africans cannot govern themselves?

Putting aside the fact that Fascist Mike is actually an “African” himself, how does he intend to solve the serious problem of black people?

Recolonisation is the only solution, if it isn’t too late for a solution, for the ills which beset Africa, largely brought about by despotic self interested tyrants. The worst current example is Mugabe, but many others have preceded him and no doubt more will follow.

But look: Simply mention Sharia law and the authoritarian side of his fascist brain gets into a fight with the racist side.

Clearly the man is off his head to even think this, let alone to voice it publicly. If this happened, each community would, with some justification, expect to be treated according to its own laws and customs. In a secular, supposedly Christian country, this is lunacy

That said, some aspects of Sharia law, for example the death penalty for certain types of violent and sexual crime, drug dealing and so on, are highly desirable.

There are some aspects of Sharia law which I should like to see adopted, for example the death penalty for murder, and severe sentences for other criminals. The UK needs a system where criminals fear the consequences of their actions, rather than laugh at the system.

That said, I don’t see why it should be forced upon the country as a result of the government bowing down to immigrants. The latter should adapt to the host country’s ways, not the other way round.

    People that advocate the use of the death penalty obviously haven’t thought it through.
    If the risk of ending up dead isn’t a fucking good reason not to commit a crime then the death penalty obviously isn’t going to stop you.
    I know a couple of South Africans and one of them is so racist I honestly though he was joking the first time I met him. He was an illiterate tool with what I believed to be an unhealthy passion for his dogs back home.
    Nice to know he’s learnt to use a computer, pity he’s still such a bellend.
