Chances are that Colin’s previous submissions to HYS just didn’t contain anywhere near enough bile, stupidy or racism to ever be accepted.

Poor Colin, desperate to get his even handed liberal views to a mass audience, probably spent days sending inoffensive well balanced arguments in response to HYS topics only to be knocked back at every turn.

After all the disappointment he has finally snapped. The cruel irony is that he probably won’t ever return to HYS on principle so will never see his day of triumph.

Rather than unfocussed rage, there is a real sense of morbid fatality in the tone of Colin’s words. I feel quite sorry for him. What kind of a loser must you be to not get past the BBC moderators.
