Immigration isn’t even a left-right issue. Some socialists are anti-immigration, whilst some right-wingers favour open-borders. I hope he gets what he wants… a hard-right libertarian government which completely abolishes all restrictions on immigration.

(The mistake is understandable though: In idiot land, “right wing” simply means “hate the poor, hate the gays, hate the immigrants”.)
