I think the Chinese missed a trick. Had they massacred people in Tianamen Sq a year earlier they could have won a Gold Medal for Tank Racing in Seoul. Did bugger up their claim on Asia City of Sportmanship however…

I went back and checked my local paper for the week of September 11, 2001 and found that the most important issue at that time was that the pedestrian crossing on Ealing Broadway was broken and pedestrians were “literaly taking their lives in their hands” by crossing on their own initiative.

Fortunately it was repaired shortly afterwards and now everything’s perfectly fine with the world.

Toby Johnson and his ilk are an interesting bunch, spending plenty of time, effort and resources on discussions about topics in which they are not interested, to tell everyone that they are not interested in them.

In other words, they have less intelligence and are more useless than the offspring of Paris Hilton and a mutant badger-duck-tortoise. Bell-ends, the whole bunch of ‘em.
