No, it’s until. Because the expectation should be that you enter the court presumed innocent and it’s not until your guilt is proven that the court treats you as a guilty person. The distinction is that “until” plays towards the court process where “unless” implies that the decision could already have been made.

What justification can people who don’t live there have for being there is the first place.
