What should be done to stabilise oil prices? If only there was someone really, really clever around. A man who litters his conversation with words like “incur” and “governance”. Someone so knowledgeable that Stephen Fry Himself wants to have lunch with him.

The future of oil cannot be stabilised due to the influences on its value being unpredictable. The problem does not so much rest with providers because they will exploit their oil resource to their best advantage. Consumer demand incurs oil value. An alternative style of government would be the most effective solution. Whilst the economic style of governance is related to such a volatile price index, subsequent measures will influence the public purse, and thereby influence society accordingly.
